Ann Marie Jernigan is an accomplished finance executive with over 30 years’ experience. As Interim Senior Vice President of Finance at The Lumistella Company, she leads all accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and strategic planning. Jernigan has built and restructured multiple finance departments for both public and privately held companies, supported ERP and EPM system implementations and partnered on long-range planning. Her career includes leadership roles at Cutco, Kids2, Eastman Kodak and The HoneyBaked Ham Company.
